Expert Business Planning for South West Businesses

“A plan is always just a plan until it is implemented”

How difficult is it to implement all your plans for taking your business forward, you have lots of good ideas but how are you going to achieve them?

Are you looking for:

  • Increased profit
  • Organisational Growth
  • More customers with a greater loyalty
  • Better team performance
  • A plan to take your business onwards and upwards into 2014 and beyond

Well we have the answer for you!

Take just two days out and spend essential time working on the business not in the business. It will be some of the most valuable time you have spent in a long while!

Day 1 – Understanding your business purpose and leading your business forward through aligning goals, people and systems for sustainable success

Learn the Sampson Hall seven step process to business success. You will take this process back into your business to increase:

  • Performance
  • Productivity
  • Profitability

As a result you and your teams will work more coherently, efficiently and effectively having shared a common understanding of exactly what is required. Progress will be measurable through clearly defined goals. Communications will be enhanced, meetings more productive, employees more engaged and systems in place to drive you to inevitable success.

Day 2 – Create your businesses bespoke strategy and plan with expert help and guidance

The seven steps will be used to define your individual strategy and plan. Your bespoke work will align your strategy with your leadership and your culture to match the demands of your particular business environment. You will leave with clearly defined goals, tasks, a risk matrix, talent management and clear organizational priorities. All of which can be tracked and measured.

You will define and take away:

  • Key benchmark indicators
  • Leadership styles for you and your team
  • Clearly defined goals and action plans
  • Metrics to measure progress and improve accountability, allowing you to educate, motivate and facilitate
  • Your organisation’s culture and values
  • A plan to manage your talent
  • A risk matrix to understand, manage and mitigate your risks
  • Clear organisational priorities

Who Should Attend?

  • Business owners
  • Senior Level Executives
  • Directors
  • Trustees
  • Board Members
  • HR Managers

What Participants Say:

“In the busy ‘day-to-day’ it can be easy to lose sight of overall strategic aims and get bogged down with routine stuff that deflects and distracts from working specifically towards larger goals. I engaged Sampson Hall to help focus my thinking and to be more effective in the implementation of Komodo’s business strategy. Beginning with defining company values, the process worked through setting out an objective (mission), the creation of an action plan to achieve it, identifying and planning for key risks as well as a model for strategic talent management. I now have a much clearer vision of where we are headed and how to actually get there. Sampson Hall are extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They have a wealth of business and life experience which they apply to situations, providing sound practical advice with tried and tested tools that they deliver in an easy to understand way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sampson Hall to other organisations that are looking for action focused input to help them to better define key strategic goals and creating an action plan to ensure that they are met.” Andy Greener, Owner, Komodo Digital

Attending this workshop will provide you not only with renewed inspiration, energy and enthusiasm but you will leave with a proven toolkit that will make a massive difference to the way you not only view your business but also the way you run your business.

Sampson Hall are experts in delivering business planning workshops, with a proven track record across many different sizes and types of business you are in very safe and experienced hands. Phil Sampson is a dynamic presenter and you will be fully engaged throughout the whole workshop with his words of wisdom and his business knowledge and experience.

You will work amongst other business owners and leaders looking for greater business success, you will be able to share ideas and inspire one another in a relaxed atmosphere.

You will return to work with tools that can be implemented immediately back into the workplace, the real effect will be that all those good ideas now have a clearly defined plan of action and a set of organisational priorities, which are conducted through a purposeful and realistic time line.

You will complete the workshop with:

  • A business vision – where do you want to be in 5 – 10 years
  • A mission – want you want to achieve in the next 1 – 2 years
  • A plan – a set of goals and action plans
  • A set of organisational priorities – three priorities leading to greater business success
