Caron Winter is an experienced administrator having had a wide and varied career from working for some of the UK Research Councils, WHSmith and many others companies both large and small.

Hero/ Heroine and why:  Dame Ellen McArthur – great determination and strength never giving up when sailing around the globe on her own. She wasn’t afraid to show her emotions when things got tough.

Hobbies: Gardening, Walking and reading when I have the time!

Likes:  Seeing things through to the end.  People going out of their way to help others.

Dislikes: Rudeness.  People not being honest and saying they will do something and then they don’t.
